Does anyone know the situation regarding Woods Yard? I've tried ringing them, one number is 'engaged' all the time & the other rings with no answer. On visiting the yard yesterday the gates were shut & no notice posted as to the situation.

As I understand it, Woods Yard is now closed and is to be re-developed in the form of new houses for which planning permission has been granted.

Thanks Nick. Rather sad as they stocked materials not found in the usual DIY 'Superstore'

More houses - now don't get me on that subject!!!
